1. Who we are

2. The service

Hubviz is a business intelligence platform made of Hubviz Studio and Hubviz Web that lets you connect data sources, build dashboards with the help of artificial intelligence and publish them to authorized users.

3. Account and access

The customer is responsible for the account credentials and for the users it invites.

The customer confirms it is authorized to connect the data sources used in Hubviz.

4. Free trial, subscription and billing

New subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. A credit card is added at signup and the first charge happens when the trial ends, unless cancelled before then.

The subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Cancellation

The customer may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

6. Acceptable use

Hubviz may not be used for unlawful activities, to infringe third-party rights or to access data or systems without authorization.

7. Customer data

Data connected by the customer remains the customer’s. Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

8. Artificial intelligence

Dashboards, analyses and answers generated by artificial intelligence should be reviewed by the customer before supporting decisions.

9. Limitation of liability
